Is remote access safe?
Yes. We use encrypted, industry-standard remote tools. Nothing happens without your approval, and no access remains after the session ends.

What if my problem can't be fixed remotely?
If it needs hands-on work, such as a hardware fault or cabling, we book an on-site visit at a time that suits you. You are not charged for a remote session we can't resolve.
